Gordon A. Gundaker, Jr.
Gordon Gundaker is THE best and most recognized name in real estate in St. Louis. With more than 50 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, his vast knowledge of the St. Louis Metropolitan Area allows Gundaker Homes to provide a unique perspective to each of our home buyers. His achievement in real estate includes owning the St. Louis metro area’s largest residential real estate company, which he sold to NRT, Incorporated, the parent company of Coldwell Banker, in 2001. In 1999, Gundaker Realtors was ranked as the 7th largest independently-owned residential real estate company in the United States.
Michael J. Hejna
Mike Hejna has more than 30 years experience in finance and development, lending an incredible amount of experience to the creation of St. Louis’ newest home building company. As President and CEO of one of St. Louis’ largest commercial real estate companies, he manages a significant portfolio with success in all aspects of real estate. Mike’s expertise in development includes creating opportunities for large tracts of land to become both residential and commercial communities to enhance the surrounding neighborhoods.
Rich Jameson
Rich Jameson has more than 35 years of experience in finance and development of residential and multi-family developments. His expertise in home building throughout the St. Louis’ metro area is seen in many communities, as he has spent more than half of his career in development and construction of new homes.
Nicholas W. Hejna
Nick Hejna is a Project Manager for Gundaker Homes and a native St. Louisan. His expertise lies in upscale, residential home building allowing him to provide a unique perspective to each new home community we develop. As a licensed Missouri Real Estate broker, Nick understands the intricacies of each development and the marketing necessary to create an opportunity for new home buyers of all resource levels in a variety of communities. His insight and perspective to new home building is seen in the dramatic detailing and quality workmanship of each of our homes.
